NOTE: This application is open for for-profit vendors only.

Not-for-profit organizations or approved Celebration Partner Programs should complete the "Not-For-Profit" vendor application.

 

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Celebration's Pups & Pints event!  This is public event has an estimated attendance of over 2,000 people.

 

Celebration's Pups & Pints event, brought to you by Experience Kissimmee, will feature the following:

 

Live Entertainment
Food Trucks
Local Vendors
A Dog Costume Contest
Giveaways and more! 


We are looking for local vendors who want to showcase their business. Vendors are an integral part of our event, and we look forward to welcoming both new and returning vendors.

Vendor Fee $75: Includes one 10'x10' booth space, one standard six-foot table, and two folding chairs. A tent is not included.

 

Tent Rental $25 additional. If you would like to rent a tent for $25 instead of bringing your own, please indicate so on your application.

 

Please be sure to limit your setup to your 10'x10' space. Power will not be provided.

 

After submitting your application, a member of the Celebration Events team will review your application and reach out with any questions.  Please be sure to upload photos of your business/product and your signed Hold Harmless form.  After receiving your approval and processing payment, you will be able to select your tent location on the map.


Vendor applications are available from Friday, November 14, through Friday, January 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Late applications will not be accepted.  Food truck vendors please apply on the food truck application.

Celebration's Annual Pups & Pints event is brought to you by Experience Kissimmee. This event will feature live entertainment, pet-themed local vendors, a dog costume contest, food trucks, adult libations, and tons of pet and family-friendly fun!

Prices

Single Booth 10x10 Space- NO TENT $75.00 Non-refundable By selecting this option, you will be provided with one 10'x10' space, one six-foot table, and two folding chairs ONLY. If you do not want to bring your own tent, please select the "Single Booth with Tent" option instead. Power and individual tent lighting will not be provided.
Single booth (10x10)- WITH TENT $100.00 Non-refundable This option includes both the $75.00 vendor fee and the $25.00 fee to rent a 10'x10' tent. If you prefer to bring your own tent, please select the "Single Booth (10'x10') NO TENT option instead. You will receive one 10'x10' tent, one six-foot table, and two folding chairs. Power and individual tent lighting will not be provided.
