- Upon acceptance, you will receive an email containing detailed information regarding the load-in process.
- Your reservation will be confirmed once acceptance has been granted and payment has been successfully processed.
- In the event of inclement weather, vendors will be notified on the morning of the event, and your fee will be applied to the rescheduled date that will be determined.

Terms & Conditions
Please be informed of the following details regarding the registration and participation in the Centered & Sexy Spring Fling Pop Up, scheduled for Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Emporium Events, 7342 Stonecrest Concourse, Ste. A, Stonecrest, GA 30038
An early registration fee of $100 is applicable. Kindly note that after February 7th, the registration fee will increase to $125. Upon approval of your application, the non-refundable payment will be charged to the provided card. Your participation is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. We regret to inform you that spaces cannot be reserved without payment, nor can partial payments be accepted. Furthermore, please be advised that only one vendor type is permitted per table for this event.
This agreement serves to confirm your participation in the aforementioned event. You are required too bring your own table and chairs. You are encouraged to adorn your space with Spring-themed decorations. However, please refrain from using glitter, confetti, or making any alterations to the walls, as this will incur a $250 charge payable to Emporium Events, LLC, for which you will be responsible.
Centered and Sexy, LLC will provide marketing materials for your use in promoting the event. While you are encouraged to create your own promotional content, it is your responsibility to market your business effectively.
Vendors are permitted to bring display signs. Should you require an additional table or more space, it is imperative that you notify us at the time of registration to ensure accommodation.
Please note that Centered and Sexy, LLC accepts no liability or responsibility for any accidents or incidents involving vendors, volunteers, or patrons on the exposition floor. Additionally, Centered and Sexy, LLC disclaims any liability for the effects of vendor products on patrons. Each vendor is responsible for the safety and liability of their own products and their effects.
Vendors will have access to the event space starting at 11:30 AM, one and a half hours prior to the commencement of the event. The event will conclude at 5:00 PM, with an allotted time until 6:00 PM for breakdown and cleanup. Participation in this event is voluntary, and vendors retain all rights to their products and services.
For vendors submitting applications prior to February 7th, the fee is $100, provided they are approved. Applications submitted after February 7th will incur a fee of $125 upon approval.
Your designated space will be assigned to you upon arrival at the event.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other conditions beyond our control, the Centered & Sexy Spring Fling Pop Up will be rescheduled to a later date. Should the event be canceled by Centered and Sexy, LLC, this contract will be considered null and void, and a full refund will be issued. Small business vendors are authorized to utilize the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials for the Centered & Sexy Spring Fling Pop Up.
Submission of your application signifies your agreement and consent to these terms.
