Vendor / Christmas Lights Parade / Around Courthouse
About the application
We will have a few vendors (food, commercial, local, etc) set up around the Courthouse on Dec 20th starting at 4PM when Santa arrives and on throughout the parade which should end around 8:30PM. We are asking vendors to stay open until 9:00PM.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
No rain date or refund due to inclement weather.
Cancellations that occur after applicant is accepted will be non-refundable.
Registrations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
A map showing vendor locations will be distributed to the exhibitor.
Event Setup Time: 1PM-3:30PM. Spaces will be clearly marked.
Vendor agrees to have booth set up and ready for viewing by 3:45PM.
Cooking or preparing of food items are only allowed in the designated area
All display props including tables, chairs, tents, etc. for the booth will be provided by the exhibitor. Please bring tent weights or tie downs to protect against the wind
City of Thomaston reserves the right to reject or remove from the market any items considered unsuitable.
Before leaving your space you must clean up any trash, etc. Please do not leave any unsold items.
Vendor will also give a list of Items that will be sold.
Notification of booth assignments will be given one week in advance by email.Vendors are invited to decorate their booth for the season!
