AS OF 1/1/26, WISCONSIN STATE FIRE CODES HAVE BEEN UPDATED THAT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SPACING AND/OR UPDATES TO HOW FOOD VENDORS MAY OPERATE. BECAUSE OF THIS, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT AS MANY FOOD VENDORS AS IN THE PAST.
In an effort to streamline our vendor management and event mapping, we are now using Eventeny. Please make an Eventeny account in order to apply, and then going forward your information will be securely saved.
This form is for account creation and you will be required to submit a signed contract before the event.
IMPORTANT DATES:
Jan 31 2026: Application Deadline
Feb 27: Acceptance/rejection/waitlist Notifications
March 1: Booth fees charged to the payment on file
May 1: Vendor may cancel for full refund. No refunds are given after MAY 1, 2026
If accepted, you will be required to submit a signed contract before the event, and your credit card will be automatically charged for your booth fee on 3/1/2026.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
With this application you will need to review/submit the following:
- Code of Conduct and Vendor Agreement must be read & signed.
- A Certificate of Liability insurance
- A valid credit card or debit card is required for the application fee, booth fee (if applicable) charged on March 1st, and the compliance fee will be charged ONLY if you do not comply with the rules.
- Photos of your products and booth setup.
PARTICIPATION FEES
Booth space measurements will be required below, and if electricity is needed, a fee will be assessed based on need and availability. Vendors are responsible for all tents, tables, chairs, etc. related to their space. Festivals of Cedarburg does not provide any items related to booth rental.
Participation fees are listed below. PLEASE NOTE: if you choose a space not in line with your requirements (ex. you have a 20x10 space but choose a 10x10 space fee) you could be disqualified from participating.
- 10x10 tent space $200 + processing fees
- 20x10 tent space $400 + processing fees
- Food Truck $500 + processing fees
- Specialty vendor (ex. popsicle food cart) $100 + processing fees
Electricity
There is limited access to electricity and is charged based on usage. Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cords. You must indicate electrical needs on this form. Failure to do so will result in a compliance fee charge.
- 120v/20amp - $20 EACH outlet
- 120/240v 50amp - $50
- Generator - no charge
- Custom hard wiring - provided by licensed electrician beginning at $200
