About the application
We’re excited to invite you to participate in one of our favorite signature events—the 16th Annual Georgetown Swirl!
This award-winning event, featuring local food, Texas wine, and downtown shopping, will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 5:00-8:30 p.m. The theme this year is "Sweet 16." We encourage you to embrace the theme and join in the festivities-- think pink and 80's!
Highlights from 2025:
· A sold-out crowd enjoyed delicious pairings of Texas wines and savory bites.
· Attendees dined, shopped, and "swirled" around the square, supporting local stores and Texas wineries.
· Proceeds from The Swirl benefit the Main Street Façade & Sign Grant Program, which has provided over $750,000 to enhance downtown properties and businesses.
This year, we’ll keep the event intimate with 600 VIP and general admission tickets available, 600 samples are required. We’d love for you to join us as a Swirl restaurant partner!
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Confirm your participation by Friday, January 23, 2026 by completing the online form, which includes details on the tasting reimbursement process.
A stipend of up to $250 is available to offset your participation expenses. Register as a City of Georgetown vendor and send your invoice to Rachel White rachelwhite@georgetowntexas.gov up to 30 days after the event.
