Terms & Conditions
Must provide a Copy of Insurance, and either their current inspection from the Gaston County Health Department OR a Temporary Food Establishment application.
Food vendor is responsible for meeting Health Department standards as required by the Gaston County Health Department.
Tents or portable shelters may be used. No guy wires, stakes, or ropes will be allowed at any booth.
Each vendor will be responsible for providing their own supplies, including but not limited to: power, tables, chairs, tents, wagons, ice, coolers, water, and freezers.
Each vendor is responsible for trash and waste in their booth. Trash must be bagged and properly disposed of in designated areas. Grease must be disposed of and cannot be poured on the lawn or in park trashcans.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in not being invited to participate in future events.
