About the application

Business License Requirement:
All vendors must have a valid Business License to be considered and approved for this event. Please ensure your license is active and available upon request.

 

Set-Up Schedule:

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Thursday, February 13: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

 

Vendor Passes:

Each vendor booth will receive two (2) vendor pass for entry.
Any additional workers will be required to purchase a pass to attend or work the event.

 

Vendor Schedule

Thursday:
• 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Doors open to the public at 5:00 PM

Friday:
• Ranch Rodeo meeting at 9:30 AM
• Tentative vendor hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday:
• Doors open at 8:00 AM for buyers to view cattle
• Buyers’ lunch at 11:00 AM
• Sale begins at 12:00 PM
• Vendors may begin teardown anytime that afternoon
• Please note: No vehicles will be allowed inside the venue until after the sale concludes

 

Teardown:

Saturday: Immediately following the conclusion of the event


Equipment Notice:

No tables or chairs will be supplied.
Please plan accordingly and bring all necessary equipment for your booth.

Terms & Conditions

1. Vendor Eligibility
All vendors must apply and be approved by event management. Approval is based on product type, quality, and space availability. The event reserves the right to deny applications for any reason.

2. Booth Fees and Payment 

All vendors must provide valid payment information at the time of application.
Upon application approval, the card on file will be automatically charged for the full booth fee.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise discussed with the producer.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the card on file has sufficient funds and remains valid until the event date.
Late or declined payments may result in forfeiture of the reserved booth space.
3. Setup & Teardown
Vendors must set up during designated setup hours and be ready for operation by the event start time.
Early teardown is not permitted without prior approval.
Vendors are responsible for removing all materials, trash, and debris from their space at the end of the event.
4. Space Allocation
Booth locations are assigned by event management and are non-transferable.
Vendors must confine operations to their assigned space and may not obstruct walkways or neighboring booths.
5. Equipment & Utilities
Vendors must bring their own equipment (tables, tents, power cords, etc.) unless otherwise stated.
Electricity and water access must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees.
6. Insurance & Liability
The event, venue, and organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, staff, and venue from any claims or damages arising from their participation.
7. Compliance
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including health and safety codes.
Food vendors must have proper permits and adhere to all health regulations.
Alcohol sales are prohibited unless pre-approved and properly licensed.
8. Conduct
Vendors and their staff must act professionally at all times.
Loud or disruptive behavior, offensive materials, or unsafe practices are not allowed.
The event reserves the right to remove any vendor violating these terms.
9. Weather & Force Majeure
The event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise announced.
No refunds will be given for cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.
10. Cancellations
Cancellations by vendors must be submitted in writing by the stated deadline for partial refund eligibility.
No-shows will forfeit all fees.
