About the application

Food vendors are invited to be part of the City of Henderson’s Battle of the Bands—a high-energy, two-day event drawing large crowds of music fans and families! Local bands selected as the Top 5 in their age category compete live to be crowned the City of Henderson’s Battle of the Bands winners. Since bringing the event back in 2021, the finals have featured popular local acts such as Ddendyl Hoyt, Velvet Chains, The Dollheads, Shatter the Moon, Arrlo, Radical West, and more. This event offers food vendors a great opportunity to serve enthusiastic audiences throughout both evenings of live music and entertainment.

Prices

Application Fee $20.00 Non-refundable Non-refundable application fee and due at time of vendor application submission.
Vendor Booth Fee $120.00 Non-refundable This includes a 10'x20' booth space. All vendor fees are non-refundable after official approval and payment.
Vendor Non-Compliance / Damage Fee $250.00 Non-refundable Any violations of the vendor rules and regulations may result in a Non-Compliance / Damage Fee charge at time of occurrence and possible non-acceptance for future events.
Late Fee $100.00 Non-refundable Late fee will be assessed to vendors who have been accepted to participate upon a space-available basis and who applied to participate after the February 25, 2026, deadline. Vendors who move-in after the approved window will be charged a late fee at time of occurrence.
