The deadline for our 2025-26 season was 11/7/2025, this application adds you to our waitlist interest for the 2025-26 season and will include you in our 2026-27 season. Please read the below information.
Overview
The 3Crosses Christmas Village is a family-friendly holiday event featuring ice skating, lights, music, and local vendors.
Our Food & Dessert Vendors help create a warm, festive atmosphere by offering sweet treats, beverages, and light bites that complement the Christmas experience. Each night we have two food trucks (with different offerings) and one dessert vendor.
Product offerings such as ornaments, earings or packaged good should apply using the product vendor application
Scheduling & Selection
- Share your availability for the full event season rather than specific dates.
- The Christmas Village team will assign dates based on category variety and event needs.
- We aim to schedule non-competing products to offer guests a wide variety of shopping options.
- Accepted vendors will typically receive 2–4 event dates.

Terms & Conditions
Vendor Requirements
- Must operate under a registered LLC or equivalent business license.
- Must have current health permits and comply with all local food safety regulations.
- Provide your own setup and signage, including any necessary food prep or serving equipment.
- If you are coming with a tent we recommend bringing weights as it tends to get windy in the winter months.
Food & Beverage Restrictions
To maintain safety, consistency, and a positive guest experience, vendors may not:
- Sell or serve alcoholic beverages of any kind.
- Sell or distribute hot drinks (e.g., hot chocolate, coffee, cider).
- Sample or sell items outside of your approved menu without prior approval.
- Each vendor must provide their own generator or electrical power source as we do not have access to individual power outlets for every food vendor.
- These restrictions help ensure balance between vendors and maintain clear product variety across the event.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please notify the Christmas Village team at least 3 days before your scheduled showing.
This helps us maintain a complete and balanced vendor lineup.

| Cost Of Application | $20.00 | This year we’re implementing a $20 application fee for all food and product vendors. This helps ensure that applicants are serious about participating in the Christmas Village and allows our team to better plan for the season. Booth spaces will continue to have no rental fee.
