The deadline for our 2025-26 season was 11/7/2025, this application adds you to our waitlist interest for the 2025-26 season and will include you in our 2026-27 season. Please read the below information.
Product Vendor Information & Guidelines
The 3Crosses Christmas Village is a family-friendly holiday event featuring ice skating, lights, music, and local vendors.
Product Vendors bring the magic through curated goods and handmade items that make for memorable gifts and keepsakes.
Examples of Accepted Products
- Toys, LED light-up accessories, keychains
- Jewelry (earrings, bracelets, etc.)
- Vintage or handmade clothing
- Home goods, candles, ornaments
- Art prints, crafts, or seasonal décor
Food, beverage, or service-based vendors should apply under separate categories.
Scheduling & Selection
Share your availability for the full event season rather than specific dates.
The Christmas Village team will assign dates based on category variety and event needs.
We aim to schedule non-competing products to offer guests a wide variety of shopping options.
Accepted vendors will typically receive 2–4 event dates.

Terms & Conditions
Vendor Requirements
- Must operate under a registered LLC or equivalent business license.
- Provide your own display décor
- Each vendor receives a stall with two 8-foot tables (and table cloths), a light electrical access
- All products must be family-friendly and appropriate for a church-based event.
- A small deposit is required to hold your vendor spot. Full details will be shared upon acceptance.
Food & Beverage Restriction
Product vendors may not sell or distribute any food or beverage items, including:
- Hot drinks (e.g., hot chocolate, coffee, cider)
- Prepared meals, snacks, or desserts
Pre-packaged or bottled drinks - These items are reserved for approved Food & Beverage Vendors.
Event Support & Booth Setup
Each booth includes:
- Electrical access
- Two 8-ft tables
- Two chairs
- If you need additional items or have special setup requests, please include them in your application.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please notify the Christmas Village team at least 3 days before your scheduled showing.
This allows us to fill your space and maintain a full, balanced vendor lineup.
Prices
| Cost Of Application | $20.00 | This year we’re implementing a $20 application fee for all food and product vendors. This helps ensure that applicants are serious about participating in the Christmas Village and allows our team to better plan for the season. Booth spaces will continue to have no rental fee.
