Oktoberfest 2026 Marketplace Vendor Application
About the application
Willkommen! Thank you for your interest in Cedarburg's Oktoberfest 2026, Ozaukee County's favorite festival celebrating all things German and more! This family-friendly festival plays host to German musical performers and dancers, provides authentic German cuisine and performances by the Milwaukee Glockenspiel group, the recently expanded Marketplace (City Hall lawn as well as Community Center Parking Lot) is a crowd favorite. We welcome you to apply as one of the vendors listed below. We are especially interested in vendors with German related goods and crafts. PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THESE VENDORS.

Event Details:
Saturday, October 3, 2026: 10 AM - 8 PM
Sunday, October 4, 2026: 10 AM - 5 PM
Vendor Booth Information:
All booths are located in the Cedarburg Community Center's Parking Lot and City Hall Lawn (Fox Town Beer Garden). Booths can stay up overnight from October 3 through October 4. Early Registration Invitees will receive preferred or prioritized booth locations.
Booth Types
10'x10' booths will be contracted to accepted vendors for $150 each. All booths are located in the Cedarburg Community Center's Parking Lot and City Hall Lawn (Fox Town Beer Garden). Oktoberfest booths are able to stay up overnight.

**PLEASE NOTE - OKTOBERFEST IS LOCATED ON AND AROUND CEDARBURG CITY HALL GROUNDS ONLY. DUE TO LIMITED SPACE WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT A LIMITED NUMBER OF VENDORS.
In an effort to streamline our vendor management and event mapping, we are now using Eventeny. Please make an Eventeny account in order to apply and your information will be securely saved going forward.
The fee for this application is $20 and it is non-refundable. A 6% processing fee will be added to all payments.
Acceptance/rejection notifications will be sent to email on application by 4/24/26.
If accepted, your credit card will be automatically charged for your booth fee on 5/1/2026.
This application is for Oktoberfest 2026 Vendors:
- Artisanal Makers (candles, soap, spices, etc.)
- Arts & Crafts (handmade items, prints knitted objects, etc.)
- Reseller (imported goods, non-handmade items, etc.)
- Produce Artisan (honey, flowers, farmers, etc.)
Please note we will not accept the following vendors:
- Food Truck or Restaurant Vendors
- Popcorn or Kettle Corn
- Lemonade
About the event
Terms & Conditions
All vendors are subject to a JURY PROCESS FOR ACCEPTANCE. The Festival reserves the right to reject any products we feel are not appropriate for the integrity of the Festivals. The sale of weapons, alcohol, or tobacco is prohibited.
With this application you will need to review/submit the following:
- Code of Conduct and Vendor Agreement must be read & signed.
- A Certificate of Liability insurance - The insurance upload is not required until you are accepted. Once accepted, please login and add your COI.
- Vendors must have a Wisconsin Sales and Use Permit and will be required with this application.
- A valid credit card or debit card must be entered for the booth fee to be charged on May 1 and the compliance fee if applicable after the festival.
- Photos of your products and booth setup.
