We are thrilled that you’re considering joining us as a vendor at the Village of Lake Park Christmas Tree Lighting! This event is Co-hosted with Lake Park HOA and Sunny Day Markets. This pop-up shop will consist of 75 vendors, carnival rides, food trucks, bounce houses, meeting Santa & Mrs. Clause and much more to come!
Important Information
Juried Event:
This is a juried market with limited space for 75 vendors. To ensure a balanced and high-quality experience, we carefully review each application based on product quality and variety. Please complete your application thoughtfully, as this helps us make the best decisions.
Acceptance:
- Vendors will be notified through Eventeny upon acceptance.
- Your card will be charged immediately upon acceptance.
Vendor Pricing & Space Details:
- Fee: $65
- Setup: This is an outdoor event, and vendors are allowed to use 10x10 tents.
- Tent Weights:
- Required: Each tent leg must have a minimum of 25 lbs in weights.
- Prohibited: Disc weights are NOT ALLOWED. Vendors without proper weights will be asked to take down their tents for safety reasons. This policy ensures the protection of customers, vendors, and products.
Vendor Expectations:
- Vendors must remain for the entire event duration (2 PM - 8 PM).
- In case of emergencies, please notify the Sunny Day Markets tent immediately.
- Packing up early reflects negatively on the event and impacts fellow vendors.
Refund & Weather Policy:
- All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE—no exceptions, including weather-related cancellations.
- Credit transfers between events are not allowed. If two events occur on the same day, fees cannot be transferred from one to the other.
- Weather Safety: While most markets are rain or shine, safety always comes first. If severe weather forces cancellation, there will be no refunds or credits issued.

Sunny Day Markets, LLC - No Refunds & No Transfers Policy for Vendor Booths
1. No Refunds Policy All vendor booth sales for events hosted by Sunny Day Markets, LLC are final. Once a vendor booth has been reserved and paid for, there will be no refunds issued under any circumstances, including cancellations by the vendor. By purchasing a vendor booth, you agree that the sale is non-refundable and cannot be reversed. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and helps us plan and execute successful events.
2. No Transfers Policy Vendor booth reservations are non-transferable. This means that once a booth has been purchased, it cannot be transferred to another party, vendor, or event. Any attempt to transfer your booth to another individual or company will void the reservation without refund or compensation. We do not allow transfers between events or to other vendors.
3. Agreement By reserving a vendor booth with Sunny Day Markets, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this No Refunds & No Transfers Policy. This policy is binding upon confirmation of your purchase.
