Partner with Alexandria Commons for our Holiday Spirit Night Fundraiser!

Alexandria Commons is excited to transform our annual holiday event into a "Holiday School Spirit Night" on Saturday, December 13th, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Instead of a simple activation, we want to create a true, community-driven event that supports our local schools. To do this, we are looking to select  PTA/PTO to be our official partner! 

This is a fantastic opportunity to raise funds for your school, build community, and celebrate the holiday season with your families. We will handle all the event logistics, marketing, and entertainment; we just need your partnership to help us spread the word and bring your school spirit! 

Event Highlights
 

The selected PTA will be the featured partner for a 3-hour festive event  that includes:

📸 Holiday Photo Crafting Experience 

🗺️ Holiday Treasure Hunt: “Fill Your Stocking!” (driving families to participating merchants) 

🎶 Festive Holiday Music & Ambience 

🪞 Merchant Window Décor Contest 

What Your PTA Receives (The Benefits)

As our official Holiday Spirit Night partner, your PTA will receive:

• Direct Fundraising: The opportunity to partner with our onsite restaurants for a "Spirit Night Out," with a percentage of all sales donated back to your school.
• Onsite Fundraising Presence: The exclusive opportunity to host your own raffle booth, fundraiser, or informational table at the event.
• $150 Partner Stipend: A $150 contribution to support your PTA's table setup, signage, or other needs.
• Full Event Production: We provide and manage all event entertainment, staffing, materials, and marketing at our cost.

What Your PTA Provides (The Partnership)

As our co-host, your PTA/PTO's responsibilities would include:

• Event Promotion: Helping to promote the event to your school community via your email newsletter, social media, and flyer distribution (we will provide all marketing materials).
• Volunteer Support: Helping us recruit a few PTA/PTO volunteers to manage the festive craft station.
• School Spirit: Bringing your school's energy and presence to the celebration!
