This waitlist application is for anyone looking to promote their business.

 

Please note, waitlist applications are only reviewed if a spot opens up. Applying to the waitlist does not guarantee that your application will be reviewed. 

 

Vendor load-in will run from 11:30am-12:30pm and you may begin serving/selling as soon as you are setup. Due to limited space, vendors will be permitted to drive up to two vehicles into the event space for load-in. We ask that you unload your vehicles as quickly as possible, park your car outside of the event space, and then begin setting up your booth. The Christmas Parade will begin at 2pm and will end at Jug Tavern Park around 3:00pm. Santa's After Party will go until 5:30pm. 

About the event

The City of Winder is celebrating Christmas with our 76th Annual Christmas Parade! This year's Three Ring Circus event will feature Deck the Paws and a Tot Trike Parade to kick off the event. Following the pet & trike parade is the main event featuring our community floats, musical performances and more! After the parade's conclusion, join us for Santa's After Party at Jug Tavern Park for pictures with Santa, s'mores, food trucks, craft vendors, a Christmas DJ, and student performances!

Terms & Conditions

Vendor Basics:

 

  • Vendor fees will be charged to the credit care on file the Monday before the event.All food vendors must have a current health inspection from your county. Score must be displayed at the event.  
  • Weather-related refunds are based on the discretion of the events team, and you will be notified if a credit/refund is being issued. You will be notified by event staff if there are any weather-related changes to the event schedule.  
  • Vendor instructions and event layout will differ for each event. Please read your vendor instructions email and forward it to your staff that will be working the event. This email will go out the Monday or Tuesday before the event.
  • To keep event attendees, our staff and other vendors safe, do not pull in or out of the event space until instructed to do so.

Behavior expectations: 

  • No alcohol may be consumed by vendors onsite.  
  • Smoking is prohibited for vendors in the event space. Vendors must be kind and courteous to all customers as you are a reflection on the City of Winder.  
  • Vendors should not leave their booths/trucks unattended.  
  • Vendors may not walk the event and pass out marketing materials.

Rules:

 

  • You must supply all items needed to operate your booth/truck. Ex) quiet generator, tent, level for trucks, etc. Power sources are not provided for food vendors.
  • If you have a tent, you must provide adequate weights for your tent. Staking is not permitted.  
  • Vendors who arrive after their scheduled load in time will forfeit their vendor payment and will not be allowed into the event.  
  • All sales mut be taken before the end of the event. It is your responsibility to cut off the line.  
  • You must be prepared to cook at different grades of road elevation.  
  • You may only sell items that were approved in your application. If you sell unapproved items, you will be asked to stop selling those items and possibly face removal from the event.
