Marketplace Vendor Application | Big Easy '26

This is an electronic agreement. By applying, you acknowledge and approve this agreement electronically. The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit vendor categories. No vendor may sell crawfish unless previously agreed upon by event staff.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and all other setup materials. This is a rain-or-shine event.

Vendor Selection and Approval

The event committee will review all vendor applications.
If accepted, the payment method provided in your application will be charged.
Categories may be limited to ensure a balanced vendor mix; however, exclusivity is not guaranteed.
Product quality and relevance to the event theme will be key factors in the selection process.
The vendor committee reserves the right to select vendors best suited for this event.

Permittee/Vendor assumes all risks associated with participation in the event and is solely responsible for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from their involvement or operations.

The Permittee/Vendor expressly agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Town of Little Elm, its officers, agents, employees, and representatives from and against all claims, damages, penalties, or expenses resulting from:

• Violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation related to vendor operations
• Negligence or intentional acts or omissions of the vendor, its officers, agents, employees, or invitees

Vendors must comply with all Town of Little Elm park rules, event procedures, and load-in/load-out and cleanup requirements. Failure to follow event rules may result in removal from the event or denial of future participation.
