Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor. This application is designed for businesses and individuals offering NON-FOOD products and services. Please read through the guidelines below to ensure a smooth application process. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically

About the event

Welcome To The RnB Mimosa Festival! ATL festival season in full effect, and we want to bring you a NEW EXPERIENCE! This event will be equipped to fulfill any entertainment or social interaction you may have been craving during this summer including food, drinks, music and great vibes. What: WE LOVE MIMOSAS! Throughout the festival, every bar will have multiple mimosa flavors . Food Vendors will be present to fulfill your taste buds or craving that you may have. Not only will there be food vendors, but we will have local business vendors that you can support.

Terms & Conditions

1. Application Process:

  • All vendors must submit a completed application form along with any required documentation and fees by the stated deadline.

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Applications will be reviewed based on product type, event needs, and space availability.

2. Accepted Vendor Categories:

  • Art & Crafts

  • Clothing & Accessories

  • Jewelry

  • Home Goods & Decor

  • Health & Wellness Products

  • Specialty Services

  • Other (subject to approval)

3. Payment and Fees:

  • Booth fees must be paid in full upon approval to secure your spot.

  • All booth fees are non refundable
  • Failure to complete payment by the due date will result in forfeiture of the space.

4. Vendor Responsibilities:

  • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, displays, and necessary equipment.

  • All merchandise must be displayed within the designated booth area.

  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and disposing of waste properly.

5. Event Protocol:

  • Vendors must arrive and set up during the assigned setup hours.

  • Vendors must remain open during the event’s operating hours.

  • Vendors may not pack up or leave before the official event closing time.

6. Compliance & Permits:

  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary business licenses or permits required by local regulations.

  • Vendors selling handmade or specialty products must comply with safety standards and applicable laws.

7. Parking & Load-In/Load-Out:

  • Parking details and assigned load-in times will be provided prior to the event.

  • Vendors must unload, park in designated vendor parking areas, and complete setup within the allocated time.

8. Cancellation Policy:

  • Vendors must provide written notice of cancellation at least 14 days before the event.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the deadline.

  • Refunds are subject to the approval of the organizer.
  • Vendor fees are non-transferable
  • The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

9. Liability & Insurance:

  • Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

  • The event organizer is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

  • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizer from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation.

10. Agreement Acceptance:
By submitting an application and payment, vendors agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
