There are multiple pricing options below to cover the variety of vending categories that will be highlighted at this Sunday's Bonfire ATL. 

 

Please review the price information to ensure your items offered match the price you are selecting. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure that the method of payment is accurate and available to provide payment for the registered price. Payment will process once the application is APPROVED. There is a $3.50 non-refundable registration fee that will process immediately, but the full registration payment will not process until APPROVAL. 

 

If you select multiple price options or multiple quantities of a price, you will be charged upon approval for each price selected. Please make sure you are only selecting the price and quantity you desire to pay for. 

 

Approval message for the event will contain all load in and load out instructions for vendors as well as the address for the location.

Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions Bonfire ATL & Atlanta Indie Market Vendor Terms and Conditions: We are excited to workwith you. By participating as a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Eligibility and Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the sale and distribution of food and goods. Insurance: All vendors are required to carry their own liability insurance and, upon request, must provide proof to the Bonfire ATL or Atlanta Indie Market organizers. The vendor shall indemnify Bonfire ATL and Atlanta Indie Market against all liabilities, claims, and expenses that may arise from any breach of these terms and conditions. Fees and Payments: Vendors are responsible for all fees associated with their participation in the event, which will be outlined in their acceptance letter. All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows. Setup and Operations: Vendors are responsible for their own setup. For this event, art, retail, food, bakery, product, and similar vendors are able to exhibit and/or sell their work or product. Vendors must adhere to the set-up and breakdown times provided by the organizers. All vendors are expected to maintain their area in a clean, safe, and professional manner at all times. Product and Pricing: Vendors agree to offer only the items approved by Bonfire ATL or Atlanta Indie Market and to maintain reasonable prices to encourage customer purchases and satisfaction. Vendors must clearly display prices for all items. Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, providing courteous service to all customers and fellow vendors. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Cancellation Policy: Vendors must notify the Bonfire ATL or Atlanta Indie Market organizers of any cancellation at least one (3) days prior to the event. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from future events. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the control of Bonfire ATL (e.g., weather, natural disaster), the event may be postponed or canceled. In such cases, vendors will be notified as soon as possible. Amendments: Bonfire ATL and Atlanta Indie Market reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes and will be bound by the revised terms. Agreement: By applying for and participating in Bonfire ATL vendors agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by the organizers. We look forward to a successful event and are thrilled to have you with us. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to making Bonfire ATL an exceptional experience for everyone involved.

Prices

Application fees $3.50 Non-refundable There is a $3.50 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
RETAIL VENDOR $100.00 Non-refundable This price is payment for a single RETAIL booth space at BONFIRE ATL on Sunday November 30, 2025. Each designated RETAIL booth will be allocated as a 10 x 10 space. Vendors must bring all items required for set up. Tent, tables, and chairs, are NOT provided by the organizers. All items should be brought by the vendor for set up and contained within your 10 x 10 booth foot print. If bringing a tent to set up, all items outside of the tent must be connected to the tent itself to not exceed the footprint. Colorful branding and signage is always an additional boost to receive approval as well as to entice the patrons to stop and shop with you. Access to power, water, and additional items are NOT available on site. All items required for set up must be provided by the registered vendor. This event will be held in the evening and you will need lighting for your space. Please ensure you have adequate lighting for your booth. We will have overhead lights at the event, but you must have something internal to keep your space well lit. Load in and Load out information will be provided with approval confirmation. Additional instructions, if needed, will be communicated prior to the event through Eventeny. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
FOOD TENT VENDOR $200.00 Non-refundable This price is payment for a single 10x10 space for a FOOD TENT at BONFIRE ATL on Sunday November 30, 2025. Must have Save Serv and other required documentation for consumables in the state of Georgia. If serving beverages with food items, all provided liquids must be non- alcoholic beverages only. No liquor infused beverages will be approved or authorized to serve on site. Access to power, water, and additional items are NOT available on site. PLEASE bring a generator and any WATER needed, as access to these items is not guaranteed onsite. All items required for set up must be provided by the registered vendor. Colorful branding and signage is always an additional boost to receive approval as well as to entice the patrons to stop and shop with you. Please remember, all items should be contained within your foot print. We are working with a specific amount of space. Please ensure your dimensions are accurate. Load in and Load out information will be provided with approval confirmation. Additional instructions, if needed, will be communicated prior to the event through Eventeny. FOOD TRUCK VENDOR $250.00 Non-refundable This price is payment for a single FOOD TRUCK space at BONFIRE ATL on Sunday November 30, 2025. FOOD TRUCKS only, no food trailers. You must have a branded complete truck for approval. If serving beverages with food items, all provided liquids must be non- alcoholic beverages only. No liquor infused beverages will be approved or authorized to serve on site. All Food trucks will be provided one parking space/section. Each allotted parking space is 15 x 25. Access to power, water, and additional items are NOT available on site. PLEASE bring a generator and any WATER needed, as access to these items is not guaranteed onsite. All items required for set up must be provided by the registered vendor. Colorful branding and signage is always an additional boost to receive approval as well as to entice the patrons to stop and shop with you. Please remember, all items should be contained within your foot print. We are working with a specific amount of space. Please ensure your dimensions are accurate. SPEPCIAL ITEM(s) VENDOR $250.00 Non-refundable This price is payment for a single Special Item Vendor booth space at BONFIRE ATL on Sunday November 30, 2025. Special Item Vendor means no liquids, no hot food, no warm food, or treats of any kind can be offered in addition to this registration. Each designated Special Items booth will be allocated as a 10 x 10 space. Vendors must bring all items required for set up. Tent, tables, and chairs, are NOT provided by the organizers. All items should be brought by the vendor for set up and contained within your 10 x 10 booth foot print. If bringing a tent to set up, all items outside of the tent must be connected to the tent itself to not exceed the footprint. If you have a representative onsite promoting and selling your product, each team member must have branded clothing to represent your company. Colorful branding and signage is always an additional boost to receive approval as well as to entice the patrons to stop and shop with you. Access to power, water, and additional items are NOT available on site. All items required for set up must be provided by the registered vendor. This event will be held in the evening and you will need lighting for your space. Please ensure you have adequate lighting for your booth. TREATS ONLY VENDOR $150.00 Non-refundable This price is payment for a single TREATS ONLY Vendor booth space at BONFIRE ATL on Sunday November 30, 2025. TREATS refers to EDIBLES treats ONLY means no liquids, no hot food, warm food, or dry goods can be offered in addition to the TREATS registration. Each designated TREATS ONLY booth will be allocated as a 10 x 10 space. Vendors must bring all items required for set up. Tent, tables, and chairs, are NOT provided by the organizers. All items should be brought by the vendor for set up and contained within your 10 x 10 booth foot print. If bringing a tent to set up, all items outside of the tent must be connected to the tent itself to not exceed the footprint. If you have a representative onsite promoting and selling your product, each team member must have branded clothing to represent your company. Colorful branding and signage is always an additional boost to receive approval as well as to entice the patrons to stop and shop with you. Each designated HOOKAH booth will be allocated as a 10 x 10 space. Vendors must bring all items required for set up. Tent, tables, and chairs, are NOT provided by the organizers. All items should be brought by the vendor for set up and contained within your 10 x 10 booth foot print.
