APPLICATION PROCESS SCHEDULE

1. November 10, 2025 - Artist Registration Opens

2. March 2, 2026 - Artist Registration Closes

3. March 31, 2026 -  Artist Notification Date 

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Registration DOES NOT mean you will be selected to perform. The Harlem Pride 2026 Entertainment Committee is charged with selecting our performers.
2. ALL performers must be 18 years of age or older.

3. All performances must be free of profanity, full/partial nudity and/or leud acts.

Upon submission of this application, you agree to hereby grant permission to Harlem Pride, Inc. to reproduce any portion of the photo images and/or video clips uploaded on this form for the purpose of SELF USE and or SELF PROMOTION publications which can include but is not limited to, books, cards, calendars, invitations and websites without any more compensation or recognition given to me. Furthermore, you agree to grant creative permission to alter the photograph(s). However, you do not grant permission to resale or use the photographs in a manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation toward you or your company and associates.
