Get ready to be part of a magical, family-friendly holiday experience! Polar Express: A Winter Wonderland is looking for vendors to bring festive cheer, seasonal treats, and holiday-inspired goods to this high-traffic, fun-filled event.
Who We’re Looking For:
Vendors offering fall or Christmas-themed products and activities, including but not limited to:
Facepainting, coloring, wood working, gingerbread making, light up goodies, decorating, and more!
Important Guidelines:
⚠️ No food trucks or full meal services are permitted.
⚠️ All vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and setup.
⚠️ Electricity is extremely limited and not guaranteed – please inquire if needed.
⚠️ Booths must be decorated with Christmas-themed décor. Costumes and themed displays are highly encouraged to enhance the festive atmosphere.
Please Note:
All full-scale businesses must sponsor the event. This application is limited to arts, crafts, and activity vendors only.
This is a high-traffic event expected to draw families, local shoppers, and Christmas enthusiasts of all ages. It’s a perfect opportunity to showcase your brand, connect with the community, and sell seasonal products in a fun, supportive environment.

Vendor Terms & Conditions
December 20th, 2025 | The Mill on Etowah | Canton, GA
Hosted by Goin’ Social Events
By applying and participating as a vendor in the Polar Express: A Winter Wonderland, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility & Vendor Types
Only craft and pre-packaged snack vendors are permitted.
Food trucks or hot meal vendors are not allowed.
All products must be family-friendly and appropriate for a community event.
Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor application to ensure a balanced and safe vendor marketplace.
2. Booth Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs, and any necessary display materials.
Setup begins 2-3 hours prior to event start.
Booths must be fully set up 30 minutes before opening and remain open during published event hours.
Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean and free of debris during and after the event.
3. Booth Fees & Payment
All vendor fees are due upon acceptance.
Fees are non-refundable, except in the event of organizer cancellation due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Failure to pay by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot.
4. Electricity & Special Requests
Limited electricity is available and must be requested in advance. It is not guaranteed. Bring a QUIET generator if needed.
Vendors must bring their own extension cords and power strips if approved for power use.
5. Permits, Licensing & Insurance
Vendors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws.
Snack vendors must adhere to all applicable food safety regulations.
Goin’ Social Events and The Mill on Etowah are not liable for any damage, theft, or loss incurred during the event.
Insurance is recommended but not required.
6. Weather Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event.
In case of severe or dangerous weather, Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to cancel or adjust event hours for safety. Refunds will be considered only if the event is fully canceled.
7. Conduct & Responsibility
All vendors must act in a respectful and professional manner.
No amplified sound, political displays, or offensive materials are permitted.
Vendors are not allowed to sell items not approved during registration.
Vendors assume full responsibility for their booth, products, and personal property.
Goin' Social Events is not responsible for loss of revenue, acts of god, damage to property, lost or stolen items, or any health related issues.
8. Promotion
By participating, vendors grant Goin’ Social Events permission to use photos, business names, or products for promotional purposes related to the event.
