WE ARE ASKING FOR A $200 DEPOSIT TO ENSURE THAT WE WILL HAVE FOOD OFFERINGS FOR OUR ARTISANS AND GUESTS. NO REFUND FOR NO SHOWS, LEAVING EARLY OR CANCILLATION WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE EVENT! YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU WITHIN FIVE DAYS FROM THE EVENT COMPLETION.
This is an electronic agreement, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Food items that have been accepted so far:
Gourmet grilled cheese, charcuterie boards, quesadilla soup, cotton candy & cookies
Speciality lattesm, dirty sodas, hot teas & hot chocolate
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
1. Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
2. Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, etc.
3. Please keep your items within your booth space.
4. No sales are permitted outside your space.
5. Booth spaces will be first come, first served basis, unless sponsor space is reserved.
6. To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
7.Setup is between 7:00 am – 9:45 am Saturday morning. Vehicles, trailers, etc must be move to the parking lot by 9:45 am. Please do not load out until after 4:00 pm. No music allowed except approved by show management.
8: There are a few areas ouside of the building that have electric outlets. Please put in your description if needed and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Generators are allowed.
9. Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
10. Please no smoking in are near your booth area.
Now onto the legal stuff...By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
