About the application

Vendor Requirements
All vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup materials, including tents, tables, chairs, clothing racks, and any other necessary equipment.

Setup & Breakdown: Please arrive on time to set up and break down your space within the designated timeframes.
Lighting: For evening events, we recommend battery-powered lights since most event locations do not provide external power.
Vendor Types: We prioritize artists and makers over MLM or mass-produced vendors in our acceptance process.

Note: Art vendors are not permitted to sell food items.
Tent Safety: All tents must have weights (minimum 10 lbs per leg). If your tent is not properly weighted, you will be asked to collapse it and vend without one.

Vendors will not be permitted to pack up early without prior approval from managment. Anyone who does so may not be invited to participate in future events.
 
Vendor Conduct
Because this is a brewery event, we expect all vendors to drink responsibly or plan a safe way home.

We are not responsible for the safety of inebriated vendors.
Please clean up your space and dispose of trash before leaving.
Do not pack up early — it’s unprofessional and disrespectful to fellow vendors, shoppers, and the event venue. Vendors who leave early without prior discussion may not be invited back to future events.
 
Payment & Promotion
Once the vendor list is finalized, we’ll begin adding vendor details to our paid social media promotions on Facebook and Instagram.

Booth fees help cover these paid promotions to support overall event visibility.
Accepted vendors will receive an email with event details and payment instructions.
 
Weather / Rain Policy
We prioritize the safety of our vendors and guests above all else.

We may cancel or delay events in the case of extreme weather conditions.
If an event is canceled, vendors will have the option to transfer their booth fee to another upcoming event with availability.
We will make the final weather call the night before or morning of the event and share updates via email and on all social media channels.

Event cancellations will only occur in the event of severe wind or thunderstorms.

Terms & Conditions

Product Requirements
All products must be handmade, hand-designed, or independently created.
We prioritize artists and makers over MLM or mass-produced vendors in our acceptance process.

This form is for handmade goods vendors and small creative businesses.

 

Setup & Equipment
Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary setup materials — including tents, tables, chairs, clothing racks, tent weights, and lights (for night markets). Vendors must arrive and set up/break down within the designated timeframes.

 

Tent Safety
Tents require weights: at least 10 lbs per leg (20 lbs per leg recommended).

Vendors without proper tent weights will be asked to take down their tent and vend using tables only.

 

Power Access
Power access is limited and designated by vendor spot.

If you require power, please note this in your application so we can assign an appropriate location.
For evening markets, we recommend battery-powered lighting.
Vendors who plan to bring a generator must request authorization in advance.

 

Vendor Acceptance & Payment
Your vending spot is only secured after acceptance and payment are received.

We cannot hold unpaid vendor spaces.
Vendors will be charged upon acceptance and notified via email through the Eventeny platform with load-in instructions.
Fees are non-refundable

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for cancellations made two weeks or more prior to market date.


Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, vendors will be notified the morning of the event.

If the event is canceled due to weather, your vendor fee may be transferred to another future event with available space.

 

Licensing & Compliance
Each vendor is responsible for:

Obtaining and maintaining any required business licenses or permits.
Collecting and remitting all applicable taxes (federal, state, and local).
Complying with all laws, rules, and regulations relevant to their business operations.
