We’re excited to have you join us for an incredible day celebrating anime, cosplay, art, gaming, and pop culture. This application is for exhibitors, artists, and vendors interested in setting up at the event. Please review all details carefully before submitting.

By completing this application and selecting your booth(s), you are entering into an electronic agreement and confirming your participation. Booth placement will be assigned based on application order and payment completion.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in Chesterfield County Anime:

Application & Payment:

Booth reservations are not guaranteed until full payment is received and confirmed by event staff.
Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
All fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

Setup & Breakdown:

Exhibitors will receive setup and breakdown times via email prior to the event.
Early setup or late breakdown is not permitted without approval.
Exhibitors must keep their area clean and remove all trash before leaving.

Booth Space & Conduct:

Exhibitors must remain within the boundaries of their assigned booth.
No subletting or sharing of booth space is allowed without prior consent.
Loud or disruptive behavior, music, or displays that interfere with neighboring vendors or attendees are prohibited.
All displays must be family-friendly and adhere to community standards.

Sales & Taxes:

Exhibitors are responsible for handling their own sales transactions and collecting/remitting any applicable sales tax.

Liability & Insurance:

The event organizers, venue, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury during the event.
Exhibitors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry their own insurance coverage.

Cancellations:

No refunds will be issued for exhibitor cancellations.
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, all paid fees will be refunded in full.

Compliance:

Exhibitors must comply with all local laws, venue policies, and event regulations.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
