About the application
The Autism Acceptance Celebration is a community-wide event dedicated to raising awareness, promoting acceptance, and supporting individuals with autism. This year’s event will also serve as a fundraiser for Kalos Academy, a specialized school for children with learning differences and neurodiversity.
We’ll kick off the morning with our Kaleidoscope Color Run, ending right at the park where the celebration begins! After the run, families and participants will enjoy an afternoon filled with food, music, vendors, and fun activities for all ages. We will also be drawing for the winner of $10,000 for our Bright Futures Raffle!
We are currently accepting applications for food truck vendors, general goods vendors, and resource vendors who would like to be part of this meaningful and high-traffic community event. This is a great opportunity to share your products or cuisine while supporting a great cause!

About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Vendor fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organizers due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
- Food Truck Vendors must have all required state and local business licenses, health permits, and food service certifications on site.
- Vendors are responsible for complying with all health and safety regulations.
