1. Application and Payment
All exhibitors must complete the official Exhibitor Application and submit full payment to secure a space. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received and confirmed by event staff. Grizz-Con reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its discretion.

2. Refund Policy
All exhibitor payments are non-refundable. Cancellations, no-shows, or removal from the event for policy violations will not result in refunds or credits.

3. Setup and Breakdown
Exhibitors must adhere to posted setup and teardown times. Early breakdown or failure to vacate by the designated time may result in additional fees or loss of future participation privileges.

4. Booth Conduct and Presentation
Exhibitors are expected to maintain a professional and welcoming booth space at all times. Booth displays must remain within the assigned area and may not block aisles, exits, or neighboring tables. Sound, lighting, or displays that cause disturbance or obstruction are prohibited.

5. Sales and Merchandise
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring all merchandise complies with local, state, and federal laws. Bootleg, counterfeit, or unlicensed items are strictly prohibited. Grizz-Con reserves the right to request the removal of any item deemed inappropriate or in violation of policy.

6. AI-Generated and Stolen Content
The sale or display of AI-generated art, stolen art, or plagiarized material is strictly prohibited. Any exhibitor found violating this rule will be removed from the event without refund.

7. Liability and Insurance
Grizz-Con, its staff, and the venue are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property. Exhibitors are encouraged to carry their own insurance for personal and business protection.

8. Compliance with Laws and Rules
All exhibitors must comply with venue policies, local ordinances, and fire safety regulations. Open flames, hazardous materials, or illegal substances are not permitted.

9. Conduct and Behavior
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior toward attendees, staff, or other exhibitors will not be tolerated. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

10. Changes and Updates
Grizz-Con reserves the right to make updates or adjustments to these terms and conditions as needed. Exhibitors will be notified of any significant changes prior to the event.
