Join us in Grizz-Con’s Artist Alley — the heart of creativity at the convention! This is where artists of all styles come together to share their passion, showcase original work, and connect with fans. Whether you draw, craft, paint, or design, we welcome you to bring your art to life and be part of a vibrant community that celebrates imagination and self-expression.

Thank you for your interest in joining the Grizz-Con Artist Alley! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your application. By applying, you agree to comply with all rules and policies listed below.

1. Eligibility
Artist Alley spaces are reserved for creators who produce and sell original artwork, crafts, and related merchandise. Applicants must be the original creators of the work they are displaying or selling. Collaborative tables are allowed, but all participating artists must be listed in the application.

2. Artwork Policy
Grizz-Con celebrates creativity and originality.

No AI-Generated Art: The sale or display of AI-generated or machine-assisted artwork is strictly prohibited.
No Stolen or Traced Art: Any art found to be stolen, traced, or infringing on another creator’s intellectual property will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Artists are expected to respect copyright laws and the rights of other creators, fandoms, and brands.
3. Table Assignments
Artist Alley table placements are determined by the Grizz-Con staff. We do our best to accommodate special requests, but specific placement cannot be guaranteed. Table sharing is only permitted with prior approval.

4. Setup and Conduct
Artists must follow all setup and teardown schedules provided by staff. Tables must be staffed during all public hours. Displays must remain within the boundaries of your assigned space and must not obstruct aisles or neighboring tables. Artist will be provided 1 extra pass for someone to help run their table.

Harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of event rules will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the convention floor.

5. Refund Policy
All Artist Alley sales are final.

There are no refunds, transfers, or rollovers for cancellations, no-shows, or violations of policy.
Tables may not be resold or transferred without written permission from Grizz-Con.
6. Liability
Grizz-Con and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Artists are responsible for their own merchandise and personal items throughout the event.

7. Compliance
All artists must comply with local, state, and federal laws regarding sales tax, copyright, and safety regulations.
