Vendor Application

Join the Grizz-Con Vendor Hall—our bustling marketplace filled with unique products, collectibles, crafts, and fandom merchandise! This is the perfect place for vendors to showcase their creativity, connect with attendees, and be part of an energetic community celebration. Spaces are limited, so apply early to secure your spot in the heart of the convention experience.

By applying for and purchasing vendor space at Grizz-Con 2026, you agree to comply with all event rules and policies outlined below. These terms are in place to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

1. Application Approval
All vendor applications are subject to review and approval by Grizz-Con staff. Submission of an application does not guarantee placement. Grizz-Con reserves the right to decline any application for any reason.

2. Payments and Refunds
All vendor table payments must be made in full upon approval. All sales are final — no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued once payment is received.

3. Setup and Breakdown
Vendors may begin setup only during designated hours and must complete breakdown within the allotted time after the event closes. Vendors will be provided 1 extra pass for someone to help run their table. Early breakdown or failure to comply with schedule instructions may affect future participation.

4. Booth Conduct and Display
Vendors must keep their space clean, organized, and within assigned boundaries. Displays must be safe, stable, and family-friendly. Grizz-Con reserves the right to remove any display deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Merchandise Restrictions

Vendors are responsible for ensuring all products comply with federal, state, and local laws.
No counterfeit, bootleg, or stolen merchandise is permitted.
AI-generated art, stolen art, or art made using unlicensed assets is strictly prohibited.
Vendors found in violation will be removed from the event without refund.
Food or drink sales require prior approval and applicable health permits.
6. Conduct and Compliance
Vendors and their staff must act respectfully toward attendees, staff, and fellow vendors. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

7. Liability
Grizz-Con, its organizers, and the venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring before, during, or after the event. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own insurance coverage.

8. Taxes and Licenses
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax and obtaining any necessary business licenses.

9. Agreement
By submitting a Vendor Hall Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and denial of future participation.
