Bowman Christmas Parade Entry Form

Theme: Winter Wonderland
(snowflakes, icicles, frosted trees, and cozy cabins)
Attention: Please read the attached rules & regulations. Participants must complete this Bowman Christmas Parade Entry Form and pay in full by the deadline to secure their spot in the parade. Your online application will charge your card upon acceptance. Forms will NOT be accepted after Tuesday, December 3rd, 2025. Please ensure an email is listed, as this will be our main form of communication.

Hello participants, thank you for your interest in this year's Christmas Parade! We are eager and excited about making this a fun and successful event. Please read carefully over the following. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us -Thank you for your support!
DATE AND TIME:
Bowman Christmas Parade: Saturday, December 6th, 2025 - 2 PM
Parade Lineup: Saturday, December 6th, 2025 - 12 PM at the Bowman Community Park
ENTRY FEES:
Parade Entry — $20 each
Government officials, school-related groups, and children who wish to participate in the parade by decorating a bicycle or other small vehicle (i.e. a Barbie car) are not required to pay the entry fee, but a form should still be completed for them.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Your signed Entry Form and fee must be received by Tuesday, December 3rd, 2025, to ensure a reserved space.
WEATHER: The scheduled event(s) will go on, rain or shine. Entry Fees are Non-Refundable.
SANTA: There is only one Santa, which is provided by Bowman Special Events.
THEME: All parade entrants must convey a Christmas Theme - decorated with bows, ribbons, garland, etc.
VEHICLES ALLOWED: Emergency vehicles, cars, trucks, tractors pulling floats, ATVs (4-wheelers), motorcycles, and cars/trucks carrying invited dignitaries are allowed in the parade. Stand-alone vehicles are limited to classic or vintage cars, trucks/tractors with appropriate holiday decoration. Anyone operating a motorized vehicle must be at least 18 years old.
HORSES: Parade participants wishing to ride horses must provide their own cleanup.
ARRIVAL: Parade participants’ arrival time is 12:00 PM to prepare for the parade.
ROUTE: The parade route begins at the Bowman City Park on Hwy 17 at 2:00 PM. The parade continues around the downtown Bowman Square, ending on Bowers Street. For more information, contact Vivian Barnes at (706) 245 - 0705 or Madison Harpold (706) 961 - 5144.
