Swirl Winery Participation Form 2026

We’re excited to invite you to participate in one of our favorite signature events—the 16th Annual Georgetown Swirl!

This award-winning event, featuring local food, Texas wine, and downtown shopping, will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 5:00-8:30 p.m. The theme this year is "Sweet 16." We encourage you to embrace the theme and join in the festivities-- think pink and 80s!

Highlights from 2025:

·         A sold-out crowd enjoyed delicious pairings of Texas wines and savory bites.

·         Attendees dined, shopped, and "swirled" around the square, supporting local stores and Texas wineries.

·         Proceeds from The Swirl benefit the Main Street Façade & Sign Grant Program, which has provided over $700,000 to enhance downtown properties and businesses.

This year, we’ll keep the event intimate with 600 VIP and general admission tickets available, 600 samples are required. We’d love for you to join us as a Swirl winery partner!

Next Steps:

• Confirm your participation by January 26, 2026 by completing the online form, which includes details on the tasting reimbursement process.
• Please upload your wholesale price list. You will be reimbursed at the rate of your wholesale price for the bottles used for sampling, at a maximum of $500.00 for all samples. 
• Your business name will be featured on our event website and the event map.
• To help cross-promote, we encourage you to post the event on your website and social media and consider offering a bounce-back coupon to attendees. We can provide a sample if needed.
