About the event
Terms & Conditions
BOOTH SPACE: Booth Spaces are FREE!! Booth assignments will be determined by AC Concessions. Vendors must confine all activities and displays within the designated booth area. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, Β tents and displays. Tents must be properly secured/ weighted. Β There is no staking into the ground. Electric is available, Vendors must bring their own outdoor-rated extension cords/

SET UP & BREAKDOWN: Booths must be fully set up and operational by the event start time. Vendors must clean up and vacate their booth space by the designated breakdown time. All trash and materials must be removed.Β

VENDOR PARKING: Parking provided for one personal vehicle per 10β X 10β booth space. Β Load in/out is vendorβs responsibility; equipment not provided (ie: carts).

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Vendors must comply with all local laws and regulations, including permits, taxes, and health codes.
Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their merchandise and personal belongings. AC Concessions, The Showboat Resor and affiliates are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.Β
Open flames, hazardous materials, or any items deemed unsafe by the organizers are prohibited.Β

MERCHANDISE: AC Concessions reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any item they deem inappropriate for the event. No food/beverage sales or prohibited items (ie: weapons, etc.)

CONDUCT: Vendors must behave professionally and courteously toward event staff, attendees, and fellow vendors. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate request for removal.Β

WEATHER POLICY: Christmas Village will be open unless extreme weather conditions pose a safety risk. For weather updates email: hello@acconcessions.com or view our social media.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: Vendors must notify AC Concessions of cancellation at least one week before the event to allow for space reallocation. No-shows may forfeit their participation in future events.Β

PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTION: By participating, vendors grant permission to photograph and promote their booth and merchandise for event marketing purposes.Β
Β
COMPLIANCE: Vendors must follow all instructions from AC Concessions, including setup guidelines, safety regulations, and event schedules. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without notice.
