Business Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
- Limited Availability:
- Business sponsor booths are limited in number, with only two presenting sponsorships available.
- Sponsorship Benefits:
- Depending on the level of sponsorship, logos will be featured on event posters, banners, and the event website to promote your brand.
- Distinct Sponsorship Categories:
- Please note that event sponsorships offer different benefits than season or field sponsorships, and do not include the same promotional perks.
- Booth Setup:
- Sponsors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, and chairs for the booth setup.
- Electricity:
- Electricity is available upon request. Please remember to bring your own extension cord if electricity is needed for your booth.
