Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application and purchasing a vendor space for LC3: Legendary Card Collector Con (March 28–29, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Refunds or Credits
All sales are final. LC3 does not offer refunds, transfers, or credits toward future events under any circumstances, including vendor cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies. Please book at your own risk.
2. Event Commitment
Vendors are responsible for being present and fully set up during event hours. Late arrivals or no-shows forfeit their space without compensation or credit.
3. Space & Setup
Vendor spaces will be assigned by LC3 staff. Setups must remain within your designated area and comply with all venue rules. Tables and chairs provided (if applicable) must be used appropriately.
4. Merchandise Guidelines
All vendors must comply with local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale of goods. LC3 reserves the right to remove any items deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or noncompliant with event standards.
5. Liability Waiver
LC3, POP’N TOYZ, and the Hyatt Regency are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors participate at their own risk.
6. Conduct
Professional and respectful behavior is required at all times toward attendees, staff, and other vendors. LC3 reserves the right to remove any vendor for disruptive or unprofessional conduct without refund.
7. Event Changes
LC3 reserves the right to modify event hours, layout, or policies if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, venue requirements, or safety concerns.

| ARTS/CRAFTS EXHIBITOR TABLE "FOYER" 2-DAY | $150.00 | Non-refundable | This vending space is strictly for artists and handmade crafts only. Please do not apply if you are selling TCG, Funko, or other collectibles. Each space includes: • One 6-foot table • Two chairs • Premium placement inside the main entrance "mahogany foyer" at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Please book at your own risk. |

| SPONSOR TABLES 2-DAY | SOLD OUT | Non-refundable | This is an exclusive opportunity for businesses and brands to partner with LC3: Legendary Card Collector Con at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg. Sponsorships are very limited and designed for maximum visibility and brand exposure throughout the event. Each sponsorship includes: • Three 6-foot tables • 2 chairs • Prime placement along the front wall of the main entrance located in the foyer. • Company logo featured on all marketing materials, including social media promotions and printed banners displayed around the venue • Inclusion in our official promotional video for brand awareness during and after the event - Along with 2 free comps from scheduled voice actors! Sponsorships are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations. |
