FOOD RESTRICTIONS
• NO food trucks, prepared food, or alcoholic beverages
• Small packaged items such as jerky, desserts, or snacks are permitted
BOOTH LAYOUT & DETAILS
Booth Layout (Avanti Food & Beverage Holiday & Craft Fair):
Upstairs: 9 spaces for 6-foot tables (vendors must provide)
Upstairs: 2 spaces for venue-provided 7-foot tables
Downstairs: Two 8-foot tables and two 2.5’ x 2.5’ tables (3rd table allocated for NLF)
• Bring your own display and table
• When booking, specify both the date and location you want. Multiple events may happen on the same day in different places
Terms & Conditions
Times / Set Up:
• Event hours: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Vendors can begin set up at 10:45, must check in with Event staff by 11:30 AM and be ready by 12:00 PM
• Vendor Takedown: 4:00 PM
• Vendors shall stay in their designated space and remain open for the entire event
• Vendors are responsible for their personal booth setup and must not infringe on other vendors
Locations:
• Provided by Elevate Vendor Events (EVE) at least two weeks in advance
• Events are held across the Denver-Metro area; new locations are opening soon in Colorado Springs and Fort Collins
Payment / Refunds / Cancellations:
• All payments made by credit card
• No refunds issued
• EVE does not guarantee exclusivity for events with 40+ vendor spaces; similar vendors may be limited
• Vendors must notify EVE at least two weeks in advance if unable to attend; otherwise, a $100 no-show fee applies
• If snow greater than 6 inches is projected for the event, a cancellation decision will be made by 12:00 PM on the day of the event; no refunds issued, but vendors will be rescheduled
Booth Spaces:
• Assigned by Event Host upon arrival
• Bring information and giveaways (handouts, freebies, etc.)
• Maintain assigned space in a clean and sanitary condition; leave the space clean upon departure
• No smoking or consumption of alcohol by vendors in the event area
Giveaways / Sampling:
• Vendors are responsible for all taxes, insurance, and health permits
• Samples of products or value-added foods are allowed at the vendor’s booth only, following proper hygiene and sanitation
• No cannabis or mushroom samples
Licensing & Regulations:
• Vendors must comply with city, county, state, and federal laws governing their business
• Provide copies of any licenses, permits, inspections, and certificates required for sale of products
• Elevate Vendor Events is not liable for noncompliance
Insurance:
• Food & beverage vendors must provide proof of commercial general liability insurance ($1,000,000)
• Vendors must submit a waiver of liability and name Elevate Vendor Events as additional insured
Vendor Selectivity:
• EVE reserves the right to prohibit vendors or products based on demand, applicable laws, health codes, or Board discretion
• Rules are subject to change for special event days
Enforcement of Rules:
• Violations reported to Event Host and Event Marketing Coordinator
• Violations may result in expulsion from future events
Weather Policy:
• Events will be canceled if:
The local school district is closed
Snow greater than 6 inches is expected
The venue cancels
• Otherwise, the event will proceed
