Food Vendors- Tent or Booth

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. This application is for Food Vendors who have a booth or a tent, this is not for Food Trucks, if you have a Food Truck, please apply on the Food Truck application. The 2026 Fresno Rainbow Pride Parade and Festival presented by Community Link! Saturday June 6, 2026, Parade at 10 AM in the Tower District, Festival 11 AM-5 PM at Fresno City College. Parking at Fresno City College is free for this event, there will also be round trip shuttles to and from the Parade Route and Festival Site all day. 
 
Set up can begin at 7 AM and must be completed by 9:30 AM. No vehicles will be allowed on campus. Vendor Check in/Load in will be next to the tennis courts on the east side of the campus.. Vendor parking will be available on a first come first serve basis in the staff parking lot behind the cafeteria, alternate parking is available in the campus parking lots. Unfortunately we are not able to provide tables, chairs or canopies. 
 
All Booths come with 4 wristbands for your staff/employees. If you need more than 4 Wristbands, please purchase them, they are $5 each. 

The 2026 Fresno Rainbow Pride Parade and Festival is a project of Community Link and we are not affiliated with Fresno City College. Fresno City College has generously donated the space for us to use for our festival. Last year we had over 13,000 attendees come through the gates at the Festival, so get ready to meet lots of people!  ALL Food vendors must be approved through Fresno City College and there are additional insurance and health certifications needed before you can be approved. There will be a Food Vendor Orientation at Fresno City College on a date TBD. This orientation will help you get the required documents and understand the process for getting approved as a food vendor. We highly encourage all potential food vendors to attend. Once your application is approved and charged, there are NO refunds. Additional Requirements: Insurance:
Certificate of insurance (please refer to attached insurance requirement doc):
Commercial General Liability -  $1M per occurrence, $3M aggregate
Automobile Liability  - $1M per occurrence
Separate & named additional insured endorsement with SCCCD specific language (see highlighted portion on the insurance attachment)
Separate & named waiver of subrogation with SCCCD specific language (see highlighted portion on the insurance attachment)
Seller’s Permit
Health Department Permit
Safe Serv Certificates for all staff present at event
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Branded beverages, including bottled water cannot be served or sold on campus. Non-branded beverages such as lemonade, juice, coffee or tea are acceptable.
Required paperwork for pop-up tent food vendors, packaged food vendors, and drink only vendors will vary slightly.
The Fresno Rainbow Pride Festival is a SMOKE FREE and ADA compliant event. Fresno City College is a SMOKE FREE campus. This includes VAPES.
