About the event
Terms & Conditions
By applying to and participating in this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- We process applications within 48hrs of receiving them and charge your CC on File once you are approved.
- Event is Rain or Shine
All of our markets operate rain or shine. Vendors are expected to prepare for varying weather conditions, including bringing appropriate tent weights, covers, and weather protection. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued due to inclement weather. - No Refund Policy
Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including vendor cancellation, weather-related events, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please apply only if you are able to commit to the event dates. - Booth Space & Setup
Vendors must confine their display to their assigned booth space.
Setup is from 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM, and teardown begins at 4:00 PM—not earlier. Vendors must be fully set up and open during event hours.
Early breakdowns are not permitted. Vendors who leave before 4:00 PM will be charged a $50 early breakdown fee. - Electricity & Equipment
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, chairs, and any necessary equipment. Electricity is available throughout the market—no advance request is required. - Permits & Compliance
Vendors are required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including sales tax and health department regulations for food items. Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses. - Conduct & Safety
Vendors must maintain a professional and family-friendly atmosphere at all times. Offensive behavior, excessive noise, or unsafe setups will result in immediate removal from the event without refund. - Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement
The event organizers, property owners, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or accident occurring before, during, or after the event. Vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify event management, its staff, and partners from any and all claims or liabilities. - Event Management Authority
Event management reserves the right to deny applications, relocate vendor spaces, or remove vendors who do not comply with these terms or disrupt the event’s operations.
