About the application
Welcome to the 22nd Annual Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival! This event will take place April 30 - May 2, 2026 in Foley, Alabama at OWA Parks & Resort.
Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions by emailing reagan@southbaldwinchamber.com. This is an electronic agreement and by applying for this space, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Please fill out the form completely, including credit card information. Once you have submitted your completed application, you will be notified by email that it has been received. Your application is then reviewed by the committee and final determination of your acceptance will be sent via email. You will not be charged for the booth space unless your application has been approved.
Festival hours are 4 -9 PM on Thursday and Friday and 10 AM - 10 PM on Saturday.
We no longer accept carnival or festival food vendors. We are already full of lemonade & shaved ice vendors.
PLEASE NOTE: Past participation in the festival does NOT guarantee an approved application. No booth locations are guaranteed.

| Application Fee | $25.00 | Non-refundable | There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application. |
| Food Vendor | $800.00 | Non-refundable | FOOD VENDOR refers to food trucks or large tents meal-like food. Each food vendor space is 20 feet long and no additional length will be allotted. All food vendors MUST HAVE at least 100 feet of extension cords. We do not provide these for you. Please fill out the form completely, including credit card information. Once you have submitted your completed application, you will be notified by email that it has been received. Your application is then reviewed by the committee and final determination of your acceptance will be sent via email. We will not allow food vendors that compete with Brick and Mortar stores at OWA. That includes, but is not limited to Mexican, Pretzels, and Pizza. Food Vendors are only allowed to sell Coca-Cola refreshments and they must be purchased through Coca-Cola United with our representative. We will provide 30 amp and 50 amp power and infrastructure to have potable water. |
| Snack Vendor | $500.00 | Non-refundable | SNACK VENDOR refers to a smaller space that is selling smaller & more specific items (ie. peanuts, cotton candy, chocolate, etc.). This vendor can fit in roughly a 12x12 foot space. All snack vendors must have at least 50-100 feet of extensions cords. We cannot provide these for you. Please fill out the form completely, including credit card information. Once you have submitted your completed application, you will be notified by email that it has been received. Your application is then reviewed by the committee and final determination of your acceptance will be sent via email. We will not allow food vendors that compete with Brick and Mortar stores at OWA. - I understand that my location is to be assigned by the Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Committee.
- I understand that a "no show/cancel" will result in being declined in all future South Baldwin Chamber and Foundation events.
- I understand that I am responsible for collecting and reporting Alabama & Baldwin County Sales Tax. SBCC will provide information and paperwork at check-in.
- I understand no refunds will be given to accepted vendors after March 31 or for weather, acts of god, civil disobedience, or any circumstance the SBCC deems out of its sole care, custody, or control.
- I have a business license to sell in Baldwin County, Alabama.
- I have a business license to sell in the City of Foley.
