2026 BBQ & Blues Vendor Application
About the application
We are thrilled that you want to be a part of the BBQ and Blues Cook-Off! The 2026 on-site festival date is March 14, 2025. Please fill out the form completely and include credit card information. Once you have submitted your completed application, you will be notified by email that it has been received. The committee reviews your application, and the final determination of your acceptance will be sent via email by February 7, 2026. The card on file will be automatically charged upon application acceptance. If you are unsure which category you fall into, please contact Reagan at the Chamber office at reagan@southbaldwinchamber.com. PLEASE NOTE: Past participation in the festival does NOT guarantee an approved application. No booth locations are guaranteed.

- I understand that booth location is to be assigned by the BBQ and Blues Committee.
- I understand that I must provide my own equipment including tents, tables, and chairs.
- I understand that a "day of" cancellation will result in being declined to participate in ALL future Chamber events.
- I understand that vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting Alabama & Baldwin County Sales Tax.
- I understand that I am required to operate during the following hours. (Saturday, March 14 from 10 AM - 4 PM)
- I understand that pamphleteering is prohibited.
- I understand that no refunds will be given to vendors after February 23, 2026 or for weather, acts of god, civil disobedience or any circumstance the SBCF deems out of its control.
