This form is for Regular Food Vendors and NON-Nulu Business Association Food Trucks and snack and beverage Vendors
Hello Vendors We’re excited to be planning another great event this year and truly appreciate your continued interest and support.
We wanted to share an update regarding booth pricing and layout for this year’s market. Due to streetscape improvements in the area, we won’t be able to accommodate as many vendors on Market Street as we have in previous years. With that in mind, we’ve carefully restructured the event layout to make the best use of the available space while still creating an enjoyable and successful experience for both vendors and attendees.
This year, the market is broken down into sections, with pricing adjusted based on location. Some side streets will be offered at a discounted rate. Please see the section breakdown below:
Section 1: Food Court Area – 600 Block of Market Street

Section 2: Clay St. North of Market

Section 3: Clay St. South of Market
• $175
Section 4: Shelby St. South of Market
• $175
Section 5: 800 Block of Market Street
• Normal pricing
Section 6: Campbell Street North of Market near Akasha Brewing

Section 7: Campbell Street South of Market

Rules and Regulations
6 maximum of FOOD TRUCKS available on first come, first served based on food type. Food Booths may be placed throughout the event, in addition to food truck section.
NO ALCOHOL SALES BY ANY FOOD VENDORS.
A single display space will be allocated accordingly. Display furnishings (tents, tables, chairs) must be provided by the exhibitor who will be responsible for their own goods at all times. Security will be provided, however, the festival is not responsible for stolen or ruined merchandise.
The use of amplified public address systems, stereos / radios is prohibited.
Booths must be open throughout the entire event. If your booth shuts down early you will not be invited back in future years.
Electricity will NOT be provided. YOU MUST keep your area clean and take all food booth trash to the designated dumpster.
This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given, except if the event is canceled or your application is rejected.
