About the application
This application is for any organization that wishes to staff a Welcome Booth Information Tent at the Lavender Festival on June 20, 2026.
Welcome Booths will need to be staffed from 8 am to 4 pm. A 10x10' tent is provided, with 1 table and 2 chairs.
Welcome Booth will help sell tickets through our point of sale, give directions to locations at the festival, and pass out sponsor bags and maps provided by the festival.
You may wear your business logos, and promote your business at the booth, in addition to performing Welcome Tent duties.

INDEMNITY: By submitting this application, I acknowledge I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the information outlined in the vendor information pages. In addition, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jackson Square Lavender Festival, its employees and volunteers, Grow Oak Ridge, its employees and volunteers, and the City of Oak Ridge, their officers, employees, and agents for any claims, damage costs and attorney fees for injuries or damages arising from our participation in Lavender Festival.
