- For and in consideration of allowing,("Participant") to take part in the Magnolia Park Vintage Flea Market ("Event") on date and time specified at signup (including reasonable setup and breakdown time), the Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Magnolia Park Events, Magnolia Park Merchants Association, UMe Credit Union, Bank of America, the City of Burbank, and any and all entities involved in the production of the Magnolia Park Vintage Flea Market, including their officers, directors, board and committee members, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, or liability of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, arising out of or related to the Participant's involvement in the Event.
- Participant further agrees not to bring any claims or legal actions against the above-named entities or their representatives for any loss or damage to property, or for any injuries or damages sustained while participating in the Event. Participant acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own equipment, personal property, and any property used or owned by third parties that the Participant brings or rents for the Event.
- By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement applies equally to, and they are fully responsible for, all individuals associated with their booth or exhibit space at the Event, including but not limited to employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives, and guests.
- Participants agree to keep their assigned space free of trash, equipment, or damage, and to comply with all city requirements regarding cleanup and removal. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or penalties as determined by the Event organizers or the City of Burbank.
- If the Participant is other than a sole proprietor, the undersigned certifies that they are authorized to sign this Agreement on behalf of the Participant.
