About the application

You are cordially invited to submit an application to request participation in the 42nd Annual Summerfest Arts Faire to take place in Logan, Utah, June 18-20, 2026. Summerfest Arts Faire 2026 will feature 170+ artists' booths, 30 food vendors featuring food from around the world, performances on two stages, a family art yard. Attendance at Summerfest Arts Faire averages 60,000 and is Cache Valley's favorite "kick-off to summer" event. Summerfest Arts Faire is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to celebrating the arts in Cache Valley. Our application process opens December 4th, 2025 with an application deadline of February 8th, 2026. Our Jurying process will then take place with applicants being notified the first part of March, 2026.

Summerfest Arts Faire is a juried event known for its quality original artwork.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booth(s) requested you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Prices

Application fees $50.00 Non-refundable There is a $50 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Cleaning deposit $135.00 $50 is non-refundable; the rest will be a prorated refund based on how clean your spot is after you leave.
Basic 10 foot wide booth space $440.00 Non-refundable 10 foot wide booth space
Double booth $625.00 Non-refundable Double wide booth space - 20 feet along the front
Additional Frontage Space $75.00 Non-refundable Each additional 5 feet or increment thereof of additional frontage space.
Brick Concession Stand $700.00 Non-refundable Brick concession stand with water and refrigeration. NO cooking facilities.
Electrical Fee $120.00 Non-refundable 2 circuits, under 220 volts and 20 amps
Electrical Fee $170.00 Non-refundable 2 circuits, 220 volts and 20-50 amps or higher

  • Please list all ovens, fryers, grills, etc. that you will use to cook food at the festival. NOTE: You cannot cook underneath any tent due to pentential fire hazard and ALL propane tanks must be contained in crates.
  • What is the entire length of truck or trailer (tip of tongue or front bumper, to end of rear bumper)
  • Dimensions of space required. This should include not only the dimension of your tent, trailer, etc., but also the requied space for the trailer hitch, external storage and placement of things like propane tants, containers of supplies, etc.
  • Will there be any type of flame used in your booth (i.e., gas, propane, etc.)
  • Please provide backup contact that we can call in the event we are unable to reach your on-site employee(s)
