Welcome to the Noble County Home & Garden Show vendor application.

Booth spaces for the 2026 Noble County Home & Garden Show are currently sold out. Businesses may still submit this application to join the 2026 waitlist and to be considered for future vendor opportunities, including the 2027 show.

Please review the application details carefully and select the booth or participation options that best fit your business. This application helps us manage vendor categories, booth layout, and overall event balance.

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance or placement. All applications are reviewed prior to approval.

This is an electronic application. By submitting your application and selecting booth options, you acknowledge and agree to the event terms and conditions and consent to electronic approval of this agreement.

1. Booth Space & Payment

Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis once full payment and completed application are received.
All booth fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Unpaid booths may be forfeited without refund.
Vendors may not sublease, share, or transfer booth space without written approval.
2. Setup & Teardown

Setup times will be provided in advance. Vendors must complete setup before the show opens and may not dismantle or remove displays before the event closes.
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional booth throughout the event.
3. Booth Contents & Restrictions

Vendors must confine all activities, displays, and merchandise within their assigned booth area.
No loud music, open flames, or hazardous materials are permitted.
All food vendors must comply with local health department regulations and provide required permits.
4. Liability & Insurance

The Noble County Home & Garden Show, its organizers, and venue owners are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring before, during, or after the event.
Vendors assume full responsibility for their property and agree to carry appropriate insurance coverage.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.
If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions), the organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or credit booth fees.
6. Conduct & Compliance

Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner.
Exhibitors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including fire and safety codes.
Failure to adhere to these terms may result in removal from the event without refund.
7. Agreement
By submitting this application and payment, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
