Chefs, Bakers, and Candy Cane makers! We’re decking the halls for our Holiday Market and looking for food vendors with delicious holiday dishes from a variety of cultures and holiday traditions. Space is limited—secure your spot today and share some of your favorite traditional treats with the community of Chamblee this holiday season!
About the event
Terms & Conditions
In submitting an application for Holiday Hoopla 2025, the applicant and the Vendor are agreeing to comply with the below terms and conditions:
- Holiday Hoopla is a rain or shine event.
- Holiday Hoopla does not guarantee exclusivity of products.
- Holiday Hoopla and its employees and agents shall not be responsible for loss, damage, third-party damages, claims or loss to property, persons, or vessels, injury to exhibitors, their employees, invitees, guests, or visitors within the confines of the space contracted by the Vendor.
- Please bring ready-made items. No cooking will be allowed indoors at city hall.
- The City of Chamblee will provide two (2) chairs. Tables will not be provided. Please bring your own.
- Vendors are responsible for their own Point of Sales System. Cashless transaction are strongly recommended.
- Vendors who do not set up on schedule (before 4:00 pm) may have their designated space changed or occupied by another Vendor at the discretion of Event Management.
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining acceptable standards of sanitation and disposing of trash into appropriate receptacles. A cleaning fee will be issued if left in an inappropriate level of cleanliness.
- Any damage or loss to equipment supplied by Event Management will be billed directly to the Vendor within 30 business days after the event.
- Booth décor should be in good taste. Event Management shall be the final judge as to what constitutes good taste and has the authority to require removal or modification of any display.
- All Vendors must comply with all public health polices. Bring copies of any necessary permitting and registrations with you to the event.
- By signing submitting this application, the Applicant and Vendor certify that they hold authority to approve the aforementioned terms and agreements.
