About the event
Terms & Conditions
In submitting an application for Holiday Hopla 2025, the applicant and the Crafter are agreeing to comply with the below terms and conditions:
- $50 application fee, which will be charged upon approval of your application is refundable. This fee secures your vendor spot and will be refunded in full upon your participation at the event.
- Holiday Hoopla is a rain or shine event.
- Holiday Hoopla does not guarantee exclusivity of products displayed.
- Holiday Hoopla and its employees and agents shall not be responsible for loss, damage, third-party damages, claims or loss to property, persons, or vessels, injury to exhibitors, their employees, invitees, guests, or visitors within the confines of the space contracted by the Vendor.
- All crafts should be made by hand or upcycled by hand. We reserve the right to deny applications for any reason including but not limited to an abundance of vendors selling the same type of item.
- Vendors who do not set up on schedule (before 4:00 pm) may have their designated space changed or occupied by another Vendor at the discretion of Event Management.
- The City of Chamblee will provide two (2) chairs. Tables will not be provided. Please bring your own.
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining acceptable standards of sanitation and disposing of trash into appropriate receptacles. A cleaning fee will be issued if left in an inappropriate level of cleanliness.
- Any damage or loss to equipment supplied by Event Management will be billed directly to the Crafter within 30 business days after the festival.
- Accepted Food Gift/Mix applicants are required to have all public health permits and must be able to produce them upon request.
- Cashless transactions are strongly preferred.

- By signing submitting this application, the Applicant and Vendor certify that they hold authority to approve the aforementioned terms and agreements.
