Townsend Business/Exhibitors

The Heritage & Hospitality Tour is a two-day showcase of Townsend’s local businesses and the community spirit that defines Appalachian hospitality. Participating locations serve as official “tour stops,” offering guests a unique winter experience—whether it’s a tasting, live demonstration, artisan feature, or seasonal special.

Participation is free for Townsend businesses, but each location must:

• Provide a trained host for both days of the event
• Attend the mandatory host training
• Create a welcoming, high-quality guest experience that reflects the spirit of Townsend’s heritage and hospitality. 

This event is your opportunity to shine a spotlight on your business, share your story, and help visitors experience why Townsend truly is The Peaceful Side of the Smokies.

By agreeing to participate in the Heritage & Hospitality Tour, Townsend, TN, each business and designated host acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Businesses unable to participate must notify TCGA in writing no later than December 15, 2025 so their spot can be reassigned.

5. Promotion & Media

By participating, businesses grant TCGA permission to use photographs, video, or digital content featuring their location or staff for promotional purposes.
