About the application
Below is an application to be a vendor / exhibitor at our Santa's Super Gift Show in Lakeland, Florida at RP FUNDING CENTER - The weekend of Dec 20-21 2025. We are looking for GREAT vendors who have items that we feel fit our shows theme and things that are closely related. If you feel you fit our show and want access to our audience, please fill out the form below. Vendors we are looking for:
- Vintage & Modern Toys - IN NEW CONDITION OR CLOSE
(Actions Figures, Playsets, and Legos) - Handmade Gifts or Unique Items that Make Great Christmas Gifts
- Packaged holiday treats
- Jewelry or related
- Hard to find collectibles that make great gifts.

- If you are approved you will adhere to our vendor rules including staying the ENTIRE duration of the show.

| 10x10 Booth on Wall | $250.00 | Non-refundable | This is for 1 - 10x10 space on the outside wall (no vendors behind you). This booth space includes 1 8ft table and 2 chairs. |
| 10x10 Corner Booth (Entrance) | $250.00 | Non-refundable | This is a corner 10x10 booth on an end cap that is nearest to the entrance. Your booth faces 2 aisles. Your space includes 1 - 8ft table and 2 chairs the rest is up to you. |
| 10x10 Corner Booth (Non Entrance) | $235.00 | Non-refundable | This is a corner 10x10 booth on an end cap that is NOT nearest to the entrance. Your booth faces 2 aisles. Your space includes 1 - 8ft table and 2 chairs the rest is up to you. |
| 10x10 Booth in Aisle | $225.00 | Non-refundable | This is a 10x10 space in an aisle, this comes with 1 8ft table and 2 chairs. |
| Double 10x10 CORNER Booth Space | $550.00 | Non-refundable | This is a special price for a 10x20 booth space. This space includes a 10x20 space on the wall, 2 Tables, and up to 4 chairs. |
