About the application
Be a vendor at our Expo for Fan Fusion. Tables are assigned. All wall booths are 8 foot tables. Space would be 10x8 . Aisle Table booths are 8x8 feet which are 6 foot tables. Includes:1 Table 2 Chairs 2 Vendor Wristbands, ONLY 2 behind each table NO sharing of 1 table with multiple people for than. If extra badges are needed for purchase for extra staff please reach out. Vendor Parking is FREE in the garage
Load-in / Setup: Done the day of the show starting at 8:30am. Show opens at 10am Tear-down / Pack-up: You can begin pack-up / tear down 30 min prior to closing if you choose to do so. If you choose to tear down earlier then 3:30pm you will not be considered for future shows by Fan Fusion Expo.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel and get a refund more then 14 days out from the show. Within 14 days NO Refunds are given. (Some special circumstances do apply where we give credit so please ask prior to cancelling if this comes up) You need to arrive 30 min prior to the opening of the show otherwise your table will be forfeited as a cancellation.
Prices
| Premium Wall booth Endcap | $150.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Wall space size estimated 10 wide x8 deep feet. You will have no one behind but only 1 vendor to the side. Other side will be free to the sales floor. Please note Wall spaces cant block any firealarm panels incase you use wall racks in the booth. |

| Premium Corner Aisle Space | $95.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | Space is 8'x8' feet in the aisle row but is the endcap of the row. You can have someone behind and only on 1 side not both sides. You have the advantage of having more exposure to the sales floor, so can set up another table for example. |
| Aisle booth | $75.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | This is an aisle basic table. You will most likely have another vendor to the sides and behind you |
| Artist Table (creators/handmakers) | $50.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | This is for Artist only. Meeting they create there own products like art sketching, custom handmaking and anything not bought already made and reselling. Please make sure to share as much as you can with pictures of your products. This space is located in the hallway leading to the main room so everyone will see you walking in. Space is 6 feet by 5 feet deep. Does NOT come with a table you must provide your own but can not be larger than 6 feet. |
