1️⃣ Event Participation
All vendors must be approved by FTFA prior to participation.
Once accepted, vendors will receive an official “Congratulations” email confirming participation.
Event is rain or shine. No cancellations or refunds will be issued due to weather or unforeseen conditions.
2️⃣ Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is due at registration.
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon approval.
There are absolutely NO refunds for any reason (including weather, illness, or removal for non-compliance).
FTFA does not guarantee exclusivity of any product or food type.
3️⃣ Insurance, Documentation & Liability
To participate in this event, all vendors are required to upload the following into their Eventeny application prior to the event:
A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing FTFA, the venue, and the city as additional insureds.
All wording for your Certificate of Insurance can be found in your Eventeny application.
A valid Health Permit from the local Health Department.
All vendors must carry general liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
FTFA is not responsible for any theft, loss, damage, or injury that occurs during load-in, throughout the event, or during load-out.
Failure to submit required documents by the specified deadline may result in forfeiture of your space with no refund.
4️⃣ Health & Fire Compliance
The Fire Department & Health Department will inspect the morning of the event. Vendors must pass inspection to participate. If a vendor fails inspection or is sent home for any reason, no refund will be issued.
5️⃣ Arrival, Setup, & Breakdown
Load-in times and directions will be included in your official Load-In Email prior to the event.
Vendors arriving after the stated cut-off time may not be allowed to enter and will forfeit their space.
Vendors must remain set up for the entire duration of the festival — early breakdown is not permitted.
All spaces must be left clean and free of trash or debris.
6️⃣ Parking & Vehicles
Trucks, trailers, and vendor vehicles must park only in designated areas.
If towing a trailer, you must unhitch and move your vehicle to the vendor parking area immediately after setup.
No additional vehicles may remain behind or beside your truck during the festival.
7️⃣ Electricity, Water, & Waste
Limited power & water. NO ice will be available. Please plan accordingly.
Vendors are responsible for their own water and waste removal unless otherwise specified.
Generators must be quiet (below 70 decibels) and in good working order.
Absolutely no gray water, oil, or grease disposal on site — violators may be fined or banned from future events.
8️⃣ Conduct & Compliance
Vendors must act in a professional and respectful manner toward event staff, other vendors, and attendees at all times.
FTFA reserves the right to remove any vendor for unprofessional conduct, unsafe operations, or non-compliance with event policies.
Vendors removed from the event forfeit all fees and may be excluded from future festivals.
9️⃣ Marketing & Media
By participating, vendors grant FTFA permission to use photographs, video, or other media featuring their business for promotional purposes.
FTFA may tag or share vendor posts on social media to promote the event.
1️⃣0️⃣ Force Majeure
FTFA shall not be liable for failure to hold the event or for delay or cancellation due to causes beyond its control (including weather, natural disaster, government order, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events). No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

By submitting your application and payment through Eventeny, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
