About the application
Hello Non-profits!We will continue to have partnership opportunities in 2026 with our non-profits. Please complete the application below and indicate if your group is interested in assisting us with the festival this year. We also have a few booths available for groups to have booth space. These groups may ONLY disseminate information about the organization and have give aways. There will be absolutely NO RAFFLES or T-shirt sells. If you are interested, sign up early, as we will only have 5 spots.

National Black Bear Festival – Vendor Rules & Guidelines
Please read carefully before submitting your application.
1. Application & Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or booth space.
Applications are accepted on a space-available basis.
Booth assignments will be made once all applications are reviewed, and confirmations will be sent accordingly.
All applications must be received no later than May 1, 2026.
2. Booth Fees & Payment
Payment details must be included with your application.
Fees will only be processed after you are approved.
Registration fees are non-refundable, unless a cancellation is confirmed before May 1, 2026.
3. Product Guidelines
Provide a clear and accurate description of your products in the application.
Only approved items may be sold. Selling unapproved items may result in removal from the event and permanent disqualification from future festivals.
No duplicate product guarantees: While we strive for variety, we cannot guarantee exclusivity of crafts or items.
Prohibited items:
No T-shirts featuring the Black Bear Festival logo or similar imagery.
No raffles of any kind.
4. Vendor Setup & Logistics
Vendor setup begins Friday, June 5th. Your setup time will be assigned based on your booth location.
Arrive at your assigned time — late arrivals may be moved to an overflow area.
All vendors are responsible for their own booth items — the festival is not liable for any loss or damage.
At the end of each day (10:00 PM), vendors must clean the area around their booth.
Vendors must supply their own tent weights or stabilizers — no stakes are allowed in the street.
Trash and grease must be disposed of properly at designated drop-off points.
Dumping inappropriate materials will result in a fine and immediate removal from the festival.
Drop-off locations will be provided in advance.
5. Electrical & Generator Use
If you require more than 20 service amps, you must request and receive approval in advance.
Generators are only allowed if included in your application and approved prior to the event.
Approved generators must be placed at least 20 feet from booth spaces.
6. Behavior & Conduct
All festival staff and volunteers must be treated with respect and courtesy.
The Festival Committee reserves the right to remove any vendor who:
Violates these rules
Disrupts the event
Acts in a way contrary to the spirit of the Festival
Note: No booth fees will be refunded in such cases.
