Welcome to the Ladies Night Out event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Each space is 8 x 8. Vendors will be responsible for their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
This event will continue rain or shine.

Vendor Space - $75 (+tax)
Food Truck or Trailer - $145 (+tax)

1. Please understand that there is no exclusivity. As in all shows, there is a possibility that others in your industry may promote the same or similar products and services.

2. There is No Booth Sharing. You are not permitted to display cards, brochures, banners or literature of other companies, other than your own.

3. Your booth must be paid in Full 15 days before the show. Set up will not be permitted until your booth is paid in full. If not paid or other arrangements are not made, the invoice will be canceled and the spot will be offered to next in line. 

4. Vendors are responsible for any damages caused by their tents, equipment, or staff. 

5. Vendors must clean up their area completely before leaving the premises. If not cleaned up you may not be able to return as a vendor.

6. Valuables should not be left unattended. TheXpos and the venue will not assume responsibility for theft, damage or loss of property or possession. 

7. TheXpos is not responsible for any acts of God, Fire, Strike Terrorism or unforeseen circumstances.

8. TheXpos reserves the right to use any images or footage captured in our events for promotional purposes.

 We are not responsible for lost money due to scams. If you are unsure before making a payment, reach out to us via email to confirm.

THERE IS NO EXCLUSIVITY IN THIS SHOW. Deposit amount must be 50% of the Grand Total and is non-refundable. The total and balance is due 15 days prior to event. No reservations are guaranteed without a deposit. Booths not paid in full 15 days prior to event will be available for resale. Late fee is $50 for balances past due. Booth (s) purchased within 4 weeks prior to event must be paid in full. No refunds will be issued on deposited or full payments, regardless of reason or request. We agree to only exhibit our company’s product or service and understand there is NO BOOTH SHARING allowed in this show. I further agree to the terms and conditions of this contract and agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing this event as printed on this contract, which are a part of this application. Acceptance by show management confirms this contract as a binding agreement. I understand that there is no refund of any monies paid, regardless of reason or request. I hereby agree that NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE, and that everything I have agreed to is in writing, in this contract. Any and all “Show Guaran-tees” must be signed by exhibitor to be valid, by a separate agreement
