About the application
Wandering Roots Markets presents the vendor market of the Fort Worth Songwriter Festival in the Historic Fairmount district of Fort Worth. This will be a two-day market.
We are looking for:
Local, small business artisans and makers selling all things handmade.
Our market will be held at Southside Preservation Hall courtyard, where we will have up to 25 vendors.
WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING FOOD or BEVERAGE TRUCKS
This will be a smaller market with a small setup with. Each vendor getting a 8x8 foot space. There will be two 10x10 spaces available. You can requestion a 10x10 space in the Special Request section of the application, but space is not guaranteed.
Saturday Setup and Break down:
Price $55
Set up window: 10am-11:45am
Market time: 12am-9pm (Last musician performs from 7:30 to 8:30)
Breakdown and load out window: 9pm-10pm
Sunday Setup and Break down:
Price $55
Set up window: 10am-11:45am
Market time: 12am-7pm
Breakdown and load out window: 7pm-8pm
Price for both days $80
Vendor will not be able to leave setup overnight as items will not be secured.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
I understand that my card will be charged upon approval for this event. There will be no refunds, and market credits are given only with a 72-hour written notice.
Events are rain or shine. In the event that Wandering Roots Markets has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, Wandering Roots Markets will credit you for another market date within a 90-day timeframe.
